MAISIE NEWMAN

WHO.WE.ARE is a photoblog and book of street portraits taken in areas of South Wales. The project started in October 2019 by photographer Maisie Newman.

 

WHO.WE.ARE set out to create the candid face of South Wales. The project aims to capture the people of South Wales and get an essence for the spirit of the country through portrait photography.

 

The project also delves a bit deeper into the people of South Wales through one to one interviews, with both the public, influencers and local business owners, who all share their thoughts on where they live and what they have to offer.
